TATA BlueScope is a leading manufacturer of premium steel products and building solutions in India. Known for their commitment to innovation and excellence, they have a full spectrum of products used in a wide range of industries, like infrastructure, construction, etc.
The leaflet was aimed to convey passion and excitement, and effectively communicate key information about the awards. It was to highlight the enthusiasm and spirit of the initiative, and inspire readers to take action and get involved.
They contacted us about designing a unique pamphlet for their Rainbow Awards project, which is an initiative for recognition and appreciation of exemplary employee performance and dedication. The pamphlet was to introduce the program to the staff and foster passion and appreciation across the organization. We wanted to make the design to aptly reflect the very essence of the program—make it inspiring and uplifting and also communicate the purpose of the program.
Our team started talking with the client about the Rainbow Awards initiative and brainstorming ideas for the leaflet's content and design. We studied the history, marketing, and company culture. We then developed a draft of the leaflet, which incorporated a range of bright and bold colors, eye-catching visuals, and creative content to inspire readers to get involved. The design included ‘Shifting Gears’ logo, which truly stood out and uplifted the leaflet.
The leaflet was vibrant and visually appealing and effectively conveyed the crux of the initiative and the awards. The client was very happy with the final product, and reported that the leaflet generated a lot of interest.
