We transformed a routine reminder into a celebratory moment by reframing it as the compressor’s 1-year birthday. Instead of a standard email, personalised birthday invites were sent out - making the message fun, engaging and impossible to ignore.

The concept was extended to include 2-year and 3-year warranty milestones, building a consistent and memorable communication strategy. This fresh approach led to higher client engagement, a noticeable increase in inquiries and stronger brand recall across the dealer network.
